Now a days walking is much useful to the human beings.In the past, we had no choice. Because we had own horse or canoe, only walking was the way to get around. Continuously it changes to became cars and a growing of distance between home and work. Modern transits allows to  cover the ground in the less time but we not travel daily practically  by the way of walking.

The reason of the walking has become a priority that helps work of anxiety.
